汽車電子零部件易受惡劣環境條件影響。無論是安裝在汽車底盤下還是發動機艙中,電子零部件(如電動機、控製單元、傳感器、壓縮機或泵中的電子零部件)都會受到極端溫度波動的影響,因此必須為其提供保護,防止汙物或液體侵入。滿足最基礎要求的防護等級為IP6k9k,該等級可確保電子設備外殼免受灰塵顆粒物、短時浸沒和蒸汽的影響。

案例分析:均衡逆變器和高壓電池外殼中的壓力

比上山時在外殼中形成的正壓更危險的是下山時形成的90mbarzhenkongdu。weilejunhengzhezhongzhenkongdu,kongqihuichuanguoshouyingxiangdemifengquanjinruwaike,jiangwuwukeliheyetidairuqizhong,congerzaiwaikeneixingchengninglu,jinerzaochengsunhai。zaicaiyongfangshuitouqichanpindewaikezhong,zhihuichanshengyue15mbar微不足道的真空度,因而不會對密封圈造成過重的負擔,並且這種壓差可以在15分鍾的停車休息時間內被完全均衡,如圖2所示。
